For companies
Many companies with 10 to 50 employees have no HR department – but the work still piles up. References, job ads, role profiles, a view on salaries. That is what I am here for, even without a recruitment mandate.
A fixed monthly fee, and you have someone to call with HR questions – without creating a position.
Not included: legal advice, payroll and recruitment mandates – these are handled separately.
Discuss the monthly feeSpecialists and managers in procurement & supply chain, engineering & technology and finance & controlling. Pre-selected, personally interviewed, with an assessment instead of a list of hits.
Writing interim and final references (Arbeitszeugnisse) or reviewing existing ones – positive, truthful and free of unintended messages between the lines.
Ads that speak to the right people instead of everyone. I see every day which wording attracts applications and which puts people off.
What the person must be able to do, what is negotiable, what the market costs. The conversation that should come before every search – even if you recruit yourself.
Half a day: questions that reveal something, typical errors of judgement, and how to convince candidates of you as an employer.
What the market pays for this role in your region – and what a hire really costs, including social security and other costs.
Your job ad, careers page, application process and response times reviewed from a candidate’s point of view. You receive a report with concrete measures.
So you know where you stand.
I don’t draft or handle these. For employment law questions I work with lawyers and can put you in touch.
The payroll itself is done by your accountant. But I will calculate what a position costs before you create it.
Whether you are just starting to think about a change or have a vacancy to fill – get in touch. I usually reply the same day, and always within two working days.
